Mr. Fu Yongjun

Mr. Fu Yongjun, holder of a Master’s degree, joined Midea in 1999 and served as General Manager of Midea's Environmental Appliance Division, General Manager of Midea's Component Division and President of the Electro-mechanical Business Group. Currently, he is a Vice President of Midea Group and President of Industrial Technology Business Group (MITBG) of Midea Group.

Mr. Yu Gang

Mr. Yu Gang, holder of a Doctoral degree given by the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania, is the Honorary Chairman and a co-founder of YHD.COM. He once served as the Global Supply Chain Vice President of Amazon and the Global Procurement Vice President of Dell. Currently, he is the Executive Chairman of the Board of Directors and a co-founder of 111, Inc., as well as a Director of Midea Group.

Mr. Xue Yunkui

Mr. Xue Yunkui, is a holder of a Doctoral degree given by the Southwest University and a holder of a Post-Doctoral degree given by the Shanghai University of Finance and Economics. He used to be the Associate Dean and a Doctoral Supervisor at the School of Accountancy of Shanghai University of Finance and Economics, a Founding Vice President of Shanghai National Accounting Institute and Cheung Kong Graduate School of Business, the Secretary-General of China Association of Accounting Professors, a Vice Chairman of the Steering Committee of the National Accounting Institute under the Ministry of Finance, etc. He is now an accounting professor of Cheung Kong Graduate School of Business, and an Independent Director of Midea Group.

Mr. Guan Qingyou

Mr. Guan Qingyou, is a holder of a Doctoral degree in economics given by the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences and a holder of a Post-Doctoral degree given by the Tsinghua University. He once worked as a Vice President and the Director of the Research Institute of Minsheng Securities. Currently, he serves as the President and Chief Economist of the Reality Institute of Advanced Finance (an independent research institute), an Independent Director of Midea Group, a senior researcher at China Society of Economic Reform, a special expert in the Fiscal Reform and Development Think Tank under the Ministry of Finance, a member of the Expert Advisory Committee on Industrial Economic Operation under the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, a member of the Think Tank Committee of the All-China Federation of Industry and Commerce, etc.

Ms. Han Jian

Ms. Han Jian, holder of a Doctoral degree given by the Cornell University, is an Associate Professor of management in China Europe International Business School, a Co-director of the Sino European Innovation Institute in China and the Sino European Digital Economy and Intelligent Enterprise Research Center, as well as an Independent Director of Midea Group.

Mr. Hu Ziqiang

Mr. Hu Ziqiang, holder of a Doctoral degree, joined Midea in 2012, and has formerly worked for GE and Samsung and as a Vice GM in Wuxi Little Swan Co., Ltd, CTO of Midea Group, and President of the Midea Corporate Research Center (CRC). Currently, he is a Vice President of Midea Group and Chairman of Wandong Medical.

Mr. Wang Jinliang

Mr. Wang Jinliang, holder of a Master’s degree, joined Midea in 1995 and previously worked as the Vice President of China Marketing in the Company, and was GD Midea Holding’s Vice President and Marketing Head. Currently, he is a Vice President of the Company.

Mr. Jiang Peng

Mr. Jiang Peng, holder of a Master’s degree, joined Midea in 2007 and used to be the Representative for Securities Affairs and Board Secretary for GD Midea Holding Co., Ltd. He is now the Board Secretary and Director of Investor Relations of Midea Group.

Mr. Li Guolin

Mr. Li Guolin, holder of a Master’s degree, joined Midea in 1998 and served as Vice President of Midea Group’s Residentail Air Conditioner Division and President of the Small Domestic Appliance Division. Currently, he is a Vice President of the Company and President of Midea Group Quality & Intelligent Manufacturing (MG QIM).

Mr. Guan Jinwei

Mr. Guan Jinwei, holder of a Master’s degree, joined Midea in 2022 and served as General Manager of Overseas Sales Company and Vice President of Midea Commercial Air Conditioning Division, as well as General Manager of ASEAN Region and Associate President of Midea International Business. Currently, he is a Vice President of Midea Group and President of Midea Building Technologies.

Mr. Bai Lin

Mr. Bai Lin, holder of a Bachelor’s degree, joined Midea Group in 2003, served as General Manager of APAC for Air Conditioning Equipment Group, General Manager of Overseas Sales Company Refrigerator Division, General Manager of Domestic Sales Company Refrigerator Division, and President of Refrigerator Division. Currently, he is a Vice President of Midea Group and President of Midea China Business.

Mr. Wei Chang

Mr. Wei Chang, holder of a Doctoral degree, was the Executive Business Program Manager at GE Global Research and General Manager of Water Treatment Products at GE Greater China, and the President and CEO for the National Institute of Clean-and-Low-Carbon Energy from 2014 to 2022. Currently, he is the Chief Technology Officer of Midea Group.

Ms. Zhong Zheng

Ms. Zhong Zheng, holder of a Master’s degree, joined Midea in 2022. She was the Financial Manager of the Guangzhou Factory of the Residential Air Conditioner Division, Financial Manager of the Domestic Sales Company of the Residential Air Conditioner Division, Financial Manager of the Overseas Sales Company of the Residential Air Conditioner Division, Finance Director of the Financial Center, Finance Director of the Component Division, and Director of the Audit Department of Midea Group. Currently, she is a Vice President and CFO of Midea Group.

Ms. Zhao Wenxin

Ms. Zhao Wenxin, holder of a Master’s degree, has joined Midea Group since 2004 and has served as Country Manager of the Overseas Sales Company of the Residential Air Conditioner Division, General Manager of the Residential Air Conditioner Division, and Vice President of Midea International Business. Currently, she is the CPO and Human Resources Director of Midea Group.
